The Evolved Economy

A Changing Workforce

Globalization paired with the advancements in technology have created a huge shift in our workforce. We are competing for jobs with workers in the same industries in China, Mexico, India, and so on. There have been extensive changes in the number and types of jobs available to us. Full-time work has been replaced by part-time work and manufacturing jobs have been completely lost. People are being replaced by robots, because why not? We attend University to qualify for jobs that don't exist.

As I sit here as a new grad, patiently awaiting a job opportunity in the traditional workforce, I am more and more attracted to what is known as the evolved economy.

What is the Evolved Economy?

Imagine having the freedom to work from any where in the world, whether it be from the top of a mountain or the sandy beaches off the coast. Both bathing suits and pyjamas are permitted and no one can tell you otherwise. Imagine being your own boss and having total control of your life. Why hire a sitter while you slave away at your 9-5, if you can work between changing diapers, packing lunches and driving to soccer practice? What if you could take full responsibility of your success, without anyone's permission or input? What if you could own your life in every aspect?

The evolved economy allows for all of these things to happen, without any restrictions. It provides you with the ability to attain your goals and dreams, on your own watch.

In short, the evolved economy means to be free.

I am so grateful to have learned of this evolving model and I believe that everyone deserves to find their freedom. I know that my future within the evolved economy will be bright, because I have such an amazing gift to share with the world.
